With a motto of “Serving Comfort in the Himalayas,” Hikers Inn Lukla was established in 2018, to provide travelers with a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the Everest region. Built using modern earthquake-resistant technology, the hotel has grown over the years and recently added a new wing to meet the needs of our guests. Today, Hikers Inn has 49 rooms, including 26 rooms in the new block. The rooms combine modern comfort with touches of traditional Sherpa design and offer views of Mt. Kongdi, Mt. Number, and Mt. Khumbila.

We have also added a range of facilities to make your stay more convenient. The property includes a bank, ATM, outdoors store, and rooftop restaurant. Our new wing features an Indian restaurant on the first floor and a café-bar on the ground floor, providing a relaxed place to enjoy coffee, drinks, or a meal after a day of traveling or trekking. Whether you are beginning your journey into the mountains, returning from a trek, or spending time in Lukla, we aim to provide a comfortable and convenient stay.

Hikers Inn is locally managed by Lhakpa Sherpa and a dedicated team from the surrounding villages. As people from the Khumbu region, we understand the importance of warm hospitality and personal service. We want our guests to experience not only a comfortable hotel but also the warmth and character of the local community. From the moment you arrive in Lukla, our team is here to make your stay comfortable, relaxed, and memorable.
